It provides the basic procedures for all areas of loan servicing, including Loan Administration, Loss Mitigation and Secondary Marketing/Risk Management.
Servicing Elements
Servicing modules is designed to be amended to reflect the lender's internal procedures. Because each lenders' software controls substantial automated areas, we do not include servicing software as part of the training we provide. The customer must integrate the software into its procedures using the place markers we provide with our template. The areas that require customization are:
