The Commercial Loan Officer's Guide to Financing

This guide allows the experienced residential lender to expand on a base of knowledge and acquire expertise in the commercial business - financing investment real estate and owner-occupied business loans.  While many banks have their own guidelines there are basic fundamental concepts which apply regardless of the type of financing sought.
